Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates
All orders over $250.00 will be shipped Standard - UPS Ground (7-10 days) FREE* of charge (excluding Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico). Orders shipping next day, 3day Select, or 2day Air rates will be based on product weight and delivery location and adjustments may be added to invoices at the time of shipment.

Additional Shipping Info

• All orders incur a handling fee which is included in the shipping & handling rate.
• All heavyweight & oversize items incur an additional shipping fee based on the weight and size of the item(s).
  
• A Laundry Concepts employee will call you back to discuss the additional shipping charges.
• All orders must reach $250.00 before all applicable taxes and handling fees to receive Free Shipping.
• International shipping rates will vary depending specific carrier fees
• Shipping charges for back-ordered items will be shipped to the customer at cost
• Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico will be calculated at time of shipment.
• Carrier must be notified within 10 days of delivery on any damage claim, concealed or otherwise.
  Failure to follow this procedure will forfeit any rights of recovery.

Sales Tax

• State sales tax will be charged on all orders delivered within the state of Illinois
• There is no sales tax on orders delivered outside of Illinois State
  

Return Policy

60 - DAY RETURN POLICIES

• All returns require proof of purchase
• All returns must be made with in 60 days of receiving your order
• All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
• No returns on any electrical or special order parts
• *Only exchanges will be accepted on electrical items, Identical items only!*
• All parts returned must be in a new and in an uninstalled condition and are subject to inspection
• Misused parts will be returned to the sender at the senders cost
• All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Warranties are in accordance with current manufacturers' policies
  

  Note: no commercial laundry equipment manufacturer offers a labor reimbursement warranty

• Laundry Concepts reserves the right to deny any return that fails to meet our requirements.
